Welcome to SalahFocus (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SalahFocus iOS application (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using SalahFocus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use SalahFocus. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SalahFocus for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
Circumvent or interfere with core features, including screen time blocking or subscription functionality.
SalahFocus provides:
Screen time blocking aligned with daily prayer times, powered by Apple’s FamilyControls API.
Accurate Islamic prayer time calculations based on user location.
Customisable reminders and notifications.
AI-powered chat responses for learning and productivity guidance.
Please note that AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or reliable.
Some features require a paid subscription managed through Apple’s App Store.
All purchases, billing, and cancellations are handled directly by Apple.
We do not provide refunds outside Apple’s policies.
Subscription access is subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.
You are responsible for:
Ensuring your device is compatible with the App.
Providing accurate information such as location settings for prayer calculations.
Using the App in compliance with applicable laws and religious practices.
SalahFocus is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
Accuracy or completeness of prayer time calculations, including Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha.
Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
Continuous, error-free, or fully secure operation of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SalahFocus is not liable for:
Errors, delays, or inaccuracies in prayer times, reminders, or AI responses.
Missed prayers or incorrect observance times.
Damages resulting from reliance on App features or unauthorised access to your data.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All content, design, and features of SalahFocus are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content without our permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to SalahFocus at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
